It was a bank holiday this Monday but that didn’t stop it from being packed full of new releases arriving on physical media. Some of the highlights include, Guest House Paradiso (1999) starring Rik Mayall and Ade Edmondson which is essentially Bottom the movie.

Classic science fiction horror with the great Peter Cushing, also stars Edward Judd and Carole Gray. I love these sort of films, even if they are not the best actors such as Cushing elevate them to another level.

Wow, that was a lot of new titles to look at! This week has a lot of new releases from all the major players such as, Arrow Video, 88 Films, Eureka Entertainment and Indicator. That means quality restorations and plenty of extras for us.
My highlights this week have to be Eureka’s Laurel and Hardy and Indicator’s Guest House Paradiso (1999) releases. These have already been added to be my film collection, how about yours?
