Robert De Niro takes on the role of both Frank Costello and Vito Genovese in the crime thriller, The Alto Knights (2025).
Warner Bros has just announced that the film will release receive a physical version on Blu-ray and DVD for the UK early in June.
The Alto Knights, is a film written by Nicholas Pileggi and directed by Barry Levinson. It stars Robert De Niro, Debra Messing, Cosmo Jarvis, Kathrine Narducci and Michael Rispoli.
The film had a budget said to be around $45-50 million but only took an estimated $9.6 million at the box office.
Rotten Tomatoes currently has a mixed rating for the film with a Tomatometer score of 39% (Critics) & Popcornmeter 71% (Audience) as of the time of writing.

Whilst I’m a fan of most of Robert De Niro’s movies, having watched the trailer I really didn’t have high hopes for this one. I’m yet to see it but will give it a look on Blu-ray this June.
