Sci-fi Horror Movie, Lifeforce 4K UHD Releases Feb 2025

Arrow Video will be releasing the science fiction horror film Lifeforce (1985) on 4K Ultra HD (Limited Edition) later this month in the UK.

Lifeforce (1985) directed by Tobe Hooper, stars Steve Railsback, Peter Firth, Frank Finlay and Mathilda May.

I recently watched this film on Talking Picture TV and found it to be enjoyable enough.

A shuttle crew finds a spacecraft that contains three human looking people, all of which are in a state of suspended animation. The crew decides to bring them back to earth to study, only to find them far more alien than they first appeared.

In essence this is a space vampire movie that’s well worth a look.

Furthermore this new Lifeforce 4K Ultra HD Limited Edition release from Arrow Video contains a “Brand new 4K restoration by Arrow Films of the 116-minute International Cut, plus a 4K restoration of the 101-minute Theatrical Cut from the original negative.”

You can find the film trailer lower down the page.
