Fans of the Halloween horror series of films may wish to pick-up the latest instalment of the franchise, Halloween Kills (2021). It’s out now on 4K, Blu-ray and DVD for the UK.
Starring Jamie Lee Curtis the film Halloween Kills is the second in the modern trilogy, Halloween (2018) being the first and the third and last film Halloween Ends is due in cinemas this October.
As with the 2018 film the music comes from John Carpenter.
Table of Contents

The Blu-ray and other versions came out in the UK on the 17th January 2022, released by Universal Pictures. On the bonus content or extras side they appear to be identical across the various formats.
Halloween Kills (2021) 4K UHD, Blu-ray & DVD
I really don’t see how they can justify £10 extra for the 4K version over the standard Blu-ray. The difference in picture quality on most televisions in people’s homes will be small. I think the 4K UHD edition should cost no more than £19.99.
Bonus Content
- Gag Reel / Deleted & Extended Scenes / Haddonfield’s Open Wounds
- The Kill Team
- Strode Family Values
- 1978 Transformations
- The Power of Fear
- Kill Count
- Feature Commentary with Director/Co-writer David Gordon Green and Stars Jamie Lee Curtis and Judy Greer
