Warner Bros has given a July 2025 release date for Fallout Season 1 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, DVD & Steelbook Editions for the UK.
Fallout Season 1 is a drama based on the post-apocalyptic video games series of the same name. The series which streams on Amazon’s Prime Video stars Ella Purnell and Walton Goggins.
For the steelbook collector’s out there you may want to pre-order that version sooner rather than later as it seems to be proving popular.

Season one, which contained eight episodes, was well received by both audiences and critics, Rotten Tomatoes currently has a rating of a Tomatometer score of 94% (Critics) & Popcornmeter 92% (Audience) as of the time of writing.

This is a limited edition release, HMV immediately sold out of their allocation, fortunately Amazon are still taking pre-orders at the time of writing.

What Do You Think of Fallout Season One?
I must admit I’ve yet to watch this series despite having played and enjoyed the various video games it is based on.
The problem with many of these TV shows these days is they tend to start off strongly but loose their way long before they end. I think shorter tighter mini series are the way to go but Amazon has said they expect around five seasons of Fallout.
The writers really should be able to produce five really good seasons, there’s plenty of themes to explore.
