- For the Family: The big animated releases this month are Gabby’s Dollhouse: The Movie (U) and the zombie-animal comedy Night of the Zoopocalypse (PG).
- Sci-Fi Action: Jared Leto stars in Tron: Ares as a Program sent from the digital world to the real world—the first encounter with A.I. beings.
- Horror Sequel: Black Phone 2 sees the return of director Scott Derrickson and stars Ethan Hawke as The Grabber, four years after Finn’s original escape. This film carries an 18 certificate.
