Hammer Films second Blu-ray release for May 2026, under their Hammer Presents label, is the 1961 British horror film, The Snake Woman.

It’s available now to purchase on Blu-ray in the UK.

The Snake Woman (1961), is a British horror film directed by Sidney J. Furie and starring Susan Travers, John McCarthy, Geoffrey Denton, Elsie Wagstaff, Arnold Marlé and John Cazabon.

Plot

A doctor’s wife is injected with snake venom in order to cure her mental illness. However this results in a child that can transform into a cobra.
