If like me you’re a big fan of Clint Eastwood movies then you’re in for a treat this April through to June 2025. Several classic films are arriving on 4K Ultra HD in the UK via Arrow Video and Warner Bros.
Get ready for Dirty Harry (1971), Pale Rider (1985), The Outlaw Josey Wales (1976), A Fistful of Dollars (1964), For A Few Dollars More (1965) and The Good, The Bad and the Ugly (1966) all in glorious 4K!
I can’t wait to see the Dollar Trilogy from Sergio Leone in stunning 4K.
Many of the details such as the special features are still to be confirmed, I will update this article as soon as they are revealed. Some of these are limited or collector’s editions which means they may well sell out before their official release date.
Update 4th April 2025
Arrow Video has provided full details of the extras that will be included on their The Good, The Bad and the Ugly 4K UHD / Blu-ray releases. A Fistful of Dollars release date has slipped from April to 12th May 2025.
Warner Bros has announced that the ‘Dirty Harry Standard Edition 4K Ultra HD’ has slipped back from 14th to the 28th April 2025. Meanwhile the ‘Collector’s Edition’ moves from 14th April to the 19th May 2025.
They have also adjusted the release dates for The Outlaw Josey Wales and Pale Rider to the 28th April.
