As October fast approaches I find myself perusing the upcoming horror titles due out this year on Blu-ray in the UK. One title which really stood out for me was the British comedy horror film, Bloodbath At The House of Death (1984) starring Kenny Everett.
The film also features a lot of other familiar faces such as Pamela Stephenson, Gareth Hunt, Don Warrington, John Fortune, Barry Cryer, Cleo Rocos and Vincent Price.
Bloodbath At The House of Death was written by Ray Cameron and Barry Cryer with Cameron also taking on the directing duties for the film.
Plot
Scientists are sent to investigate the creepy Headstone Manor, which was site of a puzzling massacre that claimed the lives of 18 guests in one night.

Furthermore Nucleus Films, who are the ones releasing this film say that it has been remastered from the original vault negatives. So fingers crossed, it really should look fantastic on Blu-ray!
I’ve added the film trailer lower down the page.
