Disney are continuing to bring lots their recently acquired films to 4K, which is great to see. April 2024 sees another classic with the release of Aliens 4K Ultra HD coming to the UK.
Aliens (1986) is an iconic sci-fi sequel from James Cameron starring Sigourney Weaver as Ellen Ripley. This time its going to be a different story from the first film because we’ve got the marines!!! Spoiler it doesn’t quite work out that way!
The rest of the cast includes, Michael Biehn as Dwayne Hicks, Paul Reiser as Carter J. Burke, Lance Henriksen as Bishop, Jenette Goldstein as Private Vasquez, Bill Paxton as Hudson, William Hope as Gorman and Carrie Henn as Newt.

You know there are several film franchises that really should of stopped after the second films and Aliens is a great example of that. I love both Alien and Aliens movies but I’m not so keen on the rest.
Other films I think should have stop following the first sequels include Terminator, Die Hard and Ghostbusters!
