Has it been restored?

There is no mention of any restoration work only a High Definition remaster. To be clear normally when companies such as Powerhouse Films say the film has been remastered it means it’s been restored.

However Network tends uses the same term which is slightly misleading language when they really just mean the film is only a high definition transfer.

It normally tells you inside the blu-ray case in the notes that pretty much nothing has been done. When they do actual restorations they tend to display a “Restoration” badge on the front of the blu-ray artwork.

Brand-new High Definition remaster from original film elements in its original theatrical aspect ratio.
